At the moment nearly every order that is placed before 2pm are being sent the same day or within 24 hours of being placed (except Sat/Sun).

When placing your order please be sure to include your full address, as the most common reason for delayed orders is incomplete addresses, we need your name, house number/name, street, town and postcode, and your current email address in case there is any problem with your order and we need to contact you.(details including email adresses are not passed on to anyone else and we will only contact you regarding your order, no newsletters etc.!)

UK Special Delivery: £6.00 (sent the same day with orders made before 2pm mon-fri)

We do our very best to send all orders placed before 2pm the same day (monday to friday), sometimes at very busy periods,this is not possible, but we certainly to try do do this, we believe that you want your jewellery as fast as possible, so that is what we try to do.  Our mail is picked up around 2.30 pm sometimes a little later, so this is why we give 2pm as final time we give to complete daily orders.   

All Card Payments are handled for us by RBSworldpay.com at their secure payment site, which you are directed to after you have chosen your items and filled in our order form, you will then get an automatic order confirmation email from us, and when you pay you will also get a transaction number, this is why it is important that you use your current email address and full postal address. 

We have no access to any or your bank/card details apart from your name and address, as RBSworldpay cover all aspects of this for us.

If you wish to send a cheque/postal order please let us know this when placing your order, and make any cheque/postal order payable to JULES. Items will be sent when payment is recieved in full.   

Most orders are sent the day they are placed, all orders are sent in padded envelopes, and well as in a pretty padded gift box to further protect your body jewellery.

We do not send paper invoices, the email order confirmation can be printed if you wish, save paper!!
